CANCELLATION POLICY- PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ! 


Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request 48hours‘ notice for cancellation.  A cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 48 hours’ notice that you will not be able to make your appointment as it is very difficult for us to fill that appointment slot last minute.


Cancellation Fees:

Less than 48hour’s  (including bookings via Treatwell )notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

’No shows’ will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

As a courtesy,  clients always receive confirmation and reminders for their upcoming appointments via our Treatwell booking system  hours become their appointment.

This cancellation policy gives us the time to inform standby guests of any avail and keeps our schedules filled.

ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you wish to file a complaint regarding a service booked through our website and contact with our customer service does not lead to a resolution of the issues, you can file this complaint via the EU Online Disputes (OS) platform, a portal of the European Commission, submit here.
